Monday through Friday 6:30am-5:30pm
Full Time Fee Schedule:
Infants (6wks old – 18mo): $185/week
Toddlers (18 mo – 35 months): $165/week
Preschool 3-5 year olds $150/week
School-agers (6-12) $142.50/week
Before/After-School (5yrs-12yrs) $12/day - $60/week
Before School Only $4/day
After School Only $8/day
Preschool (Monday & Wednesday 8-11) $85/month
Infants (6wks-18mo): $40/day
Toddlers (18mo - 35 months): $35/day
Preschool 3-5 year olds: $33/day
School Agers (6-12) $30/day
A $7.00 early drop-off fee will be charged if a child arrives before 7:00am. Children picked up at 5:30pm will incur a $1/minute fee.
A $5.00 a day charge will be issued for each day the payment is late unless other payment arrangements have been made prior. If payment is one week late, child care will be discontinued.
Registration for a full-time spot will include completion of the registration forms and a $100.00 non-refundable fee that will go towards the first week of care. These forms and fee must be returned to Amanda, the Office Manager, at least one week prior to the child’s first day of attendance.

We accept cash, check or credit card as forms of payment. We also accept ePayment for our full-time contracted children. We require an email address for ePay.
A .75 fee is charged for those wishing to have payment taken from a checking or saving account or .33 fee is charged for those who wish to pay with a credit card online.
~We will be closed on Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day. All holidays listed are paid holidays except for the day after Thanksgiving. The these holidays fall on a Saturday, the Friday before is a paid holiday and we will be closed. If these holidays fall on a Sunday, the Monday after is a paid holiday and we will be closed. Non-holiday (the day after Thanksgiving) related closing with the exception of childcare conferences and trainings will be non-paid days. In the event we are forced to close due to COVID-19, we will require parents to continue to pay tuition at 50% their normal rate.

Child Care Assistance Program
The Child Care Assistance Program helps income-eligible families pay for child care while they work, attend school or training.
In most cases, families pay a co-payment, which goes towards the cost of care. A co-payment is determined on a sliding fee scale based on a family's income and household size. Current Sliding Scale Fee (Effective October 1st, 2018)
