Child Care Assistance Program

​

The child care assistance program helps income-eligible families pay for child care while they work, attend school or training. 

​

In most cases, families pay a co-payment, which goes towards the cost of care. A co-payment is determined on a sliding fee scale based on a family's income and household size. Current Sliding Scale Fee (Effective February 1st, 2022)

Hours of Operation:

Monday through Friday 6:30am to 5:30pm

​

Our program is designed to serve children aged 6 weeks to 12 years old on a full time basis. 

​

Food served during the day will include a serving from each basic food groups as defined by the United State Department of Agriculture. Care includes snacks, breakfast and lunch.

 

We accept cash, check, credit cards as forms of payment. We also accept online and reoccurring payments.

Amanda Gagne

Owner/Director

Amanda earned her associate degree in Liberal Art

from North Dakota State College of Science with a 

background in Social Work and Business Administration.

She has worked on and off in childcare since 2006 when 

she finally came to work for Giggles N Grins in January 

2016 when it was just a drop-in childcare facility. 

​

In January 2017, she became the office manager in

the new Giggles N Grins childcare center. After completion

of her AIM4Excellence Director Credential in the fall of 2018,

she became the director. In March 2023, Amanda purchased

Giggles N Grins and became the current owner.

 

Amanda has two children, Journie and Embyr with whom she

shares with her ex-husband. She enjoys spending time with

family and friends.

The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to USDA by:
